Нещодавно піднімалося питання, про те що за рахунок міського бюджету, була побудована огорожа перед будинком по вул. Свято Миколаївська,40 в м. Олевськ та навколо дуба, який впав. Договір на суму 43 153,69 грн щодо будівництва забору №28 від 17.07.2017 був укладений з компанією ПП «БУДПОСЛУГИ №1», хоча дуб впав 9.07.2017, та вже вивезений з місця.

Однак, згідно з «пошуково аналітична система 007», де показуються всі транзакції (банківські операції) які йдуть через держказначейство, сума по 43 153,69 грн, була перерахована з рахунку міської ради м.Олевськ, двом різним фірмам.
21.07.2017 за договором №28 від 18.07.2017 р сума 43 153,69 грн. була перерахована компанії ДП «БУДПОСЛУГИ №2
25.07.2017 г. за договором №28 від 17.07.2017 сума 43 153,69 грн. була перерахована компанії ПП «БУДПОСЛУГИ №1

Цікаво, як так вийшло що один договір №28 на суму 43 153,69 грн та на один вид робіт, складений з двома фірмами та має дві різні дати?
І ще, чому дуб впав 9.07.2017, а договір №28 на будівництво паркану навколо дуба (на той момент вже був розпиляний та вивезений) з ПП «БУДПОСЛУГИ №1, був укладений 17.07.2017 та з ДП «БУДПОСЛУГИ №2, 18.07.2017
