За принципової позиції прокуратури Житомирщини скасовано ще один протиправний спецдозвіл на користування родовищем бурштину на площі понад 3,4 тис. га, що між селами Шебедиха та Устиновка в Олевському районі.
У п’ятницю, 3 листопада 2017 року, Житомирським окружним адміністративним судом підтримано вимоги прокуратури Житомирщини та Житомирської обласної ради щодо незаконності виданого товариству «Райт Солюшн» дозволу на здійснення вивчення та розробки ділянок надр бурштину площею понад 3,4 тис га.
Таким чином, рішенням Житомирського окружного адміністративного суду визнано протиправним та скасовано ще один спеціальний дозвіл на користування надрами, виданий Державною службою геології та надр України товариству з обмеженою відповідальністю «Райт Солюшн».
Такий дозвіл товариству був виданий з метою геологічного вивчення, у тому числі дослідно-промислової розробки родовища бурштину на ділянці «Правобережна», загальною площею понад 3,4 тис га, що між селами Шебедиха та Устиновка в Олевському районі.
Як нещодавно повідомлялося, позицію прокуратури щодо незаконності виданого цьому ж товариству іншого дозволу для вивчення та розробки ділянок бурштину площею понад 1 тис га, що знаходиться між селами Сирниця та Селизівка Овруцького району, підтримано Вінницьким апеляційним адміністративним судом.
Решта позовів цієї категорії перебуває на розгляді у суді.
Прокуратура Житомирської області і надалі відстоюватиме позицію законності у сфері надрокористування та принципово реагуватиме на кожне порушення.
