Минулого тижня разом з активістами «Стоп Корупція» Василем Гуржиєм і Олександром Ігнатьєвим до міської ради завітали жительки села Кишин. На підвищених тонах гості обговорювалося питання працевлаштування у місцевий садочок, який незабаром відкриється після багаторічного занедбання.
Жінки нарікали, що на роботу у садочок набрали людей, освіта і стаж яких не відповідає посадам. Нам вдалося поспілкуватися з деякими із учасників тієї розмови, із зрозумілих причин, вони просили не називати їхні прізвища, боючись розгаряння ще більшого скандалу.
— Ми майже в останню чергу дізналися, що садочок незабаром запрацює і що вже набрали штат нових працівників. Ніхто штатного розпису нам не показує, тому і кількості працюючих ніхто не знає. Але справа не у цьому. До відділу освіти поступило за нашою інформацією десь до 200 заяв від бажаючих знайти роботу. І якщо на одну посаду є від 5 до 10 чоловік, чому не зробити чесний і відкритий конкурс? Чому все як завжди робиться з-під тишка? Ми не проти тих людей, якщо вони у результаті конкурсу відповідатимуть вимогам, хай залишаються і працюють. Але чому так «кинули» інших? Ви ж розумієте, це село і зараз воно розбурхане, є конфлікт між людьми і ми хочемо його чесно і мирно владнати.
У кабінеті міського голови Олега Омельчука його заступник Яків Осипчук запропонував продовжити конкурс до 15 листопада, щоб всі бажаючі встигли заявити про свої наміри. Тепер все залежить від професіоналізму, неупередженості і порядності тих, хто обиратиме робітників у «Дзвіночок» і це за умови, що все зроблять так як обіцяли.
