Активісти Олевського осередку «Стоп корупції» звернулися в правоохоронні та антикорупційні органи із заявою, що посадовцями Олевської міської ради припускається самоправство, перевищення повноважень, тиск на фізичних осіб-підприємців громади та грубе порушення законодавства, прав громадянина України на здійснення підприємницької діяльності, передбачених Конституцією України.
«29 листопада 2017 р. до осередку ГО «СтопКору» міста Олевська з колективною заявою звернулися 28 підприємців міста, які торгують на вулиці Привокзальній з 2012 року в МАФах, які зроблені за ескізами та кресленнями чинного головного архітектора м. Олевська.
Попри те, що з підприємцями на початку року були укладені договори, їх змушують переукладати нові, де сума оренди в 11 разів вища і прописаний пункт, що їх можуть забрати в будь-який момент. Та більше, чиновники не приховують того, що їх мета – прибрати МАФи.
27 листопада 2017 року підприємці колективно прийшли в міську раду, куди їх запрошували укладати нові договори. Вони вважають, що якщо вартість оренди підвищується, чиновники повинні показати розрахунки та документи, затверджені депутатським корпусом, виходячи з яких вони хочуть переукласти договори.
У розмові посадові особи поводилися по-хамськи та показували свою неповагу до підприємців та представників громади, що є неприпустимим.
Як виявилося, вартість оренди землі вони визначили самостійно, без будь-яких розрахунків, узгодження з виконкомом та депутатським корпусом Олевської ОТГ. Посадові особи міської ради відкрито заявляли, що їх метою є перенесення павільйонів на інший ринок. Після цього вони пішли до мера, він вдав, що взагалі не в курсі справ, заявив, що якщо договори складені, то переукладати їх не потрібно.
Вивчивши ситуацію, юридичний департамент ГО «Стоп корупції» вважає, що тут є факти корупції, самоправства, перевищення повноважень посадових осіб міської ради», – зазначив голова Олевського осередку «Стоп корупції».
