Депутати прийняли до управління Олевської міської ради непереоформлені земельні частки, які знаходяться в адміністративних межах с.Зубковичі, в урочищі «Гущі». Дані паї входять до складу спадщини загальною площею 55,1320 га. Договори оренди земельних ділянок буде укладено з фермерським господарством «Азалія Агро» терміном на 7 років. Вартість орендної плати становитиме максимальних 12% від нормативно-грошової оцінки земельної ділянки. «Утримались» від голосування всі депутати від «Народного контролю»: Анатолій Повар, Богдан Лозян та Микола Смик.

У селі Зубковичі, проживають 1400 осіб, на громадських слуханнях, які дали добро були присутні, десь 19 чи 20 чоловік. Судячи з фото в статті, У Зубковичах відбулися громадські слухання щодо оренди землі сільськогосподарського призначення, на сайті міської ради. Рішення приймали менше ніж 2% від всіх жителів цього села. Навесні туди заїдуть трактора, і багато жителів здивуються що їхні паї або паї їх батьків, їм вже не належать.
Правильніше було б зібрати схід села, попередньо попередивши людей на офіційному сайті громади, в районних газетах і вирішити там долю неоформлених паїв (у яких є господарі, але паї не оформлені). Багато людей, жителі громади села, які працювали в соціальній сфері (лікарі, вчителі і т.д.) паї не отримали. Може вони теж хочуть зайнятися сільським господарством.
А вже переоформлені паї, мешканці громади села, нехай здають в оренду.
