20 лютого працівники Управління захисту економіки ДЗЕ, Слідчого управління ГУНП під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури області затримали старшого державного виконавця Олевського району Житомирщини за вимагання та отримання хабара у сумі 10 тисяч гривень. Вирішується питання про взяття 46-річного чоловіка під варту.
Близько 14.00 поліцейські затримали підозрюваного безпосередньо на вході до місця роботи.
За наявною інформацією, службовець Олевського районного відділу державної виконавчої служби отримав через електроний платіж на банківську карту 16 лютого 2 тисячі гривень, а сьогодні іншу частину хабара – ще 8 тисяч гривень. Таким чином загальна сума неправомірної вигоди, що її вимагав чоловік у місцевого жителя за закриття виконавчого провадження та зняття накладеного на майно арешту, становить 10 тисяч гривень.
Усі дії службовця були відповідно задокументовані у рамках кримінального провадження, розпочатого за ч. 3 ст. 368 (Прийняття пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою) Кримінального кодексу України.
Нині 46-річний житель райцентру затриманий на підставі норм ст. 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Відповідно до законодавства чоловікові може загрожувати покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на термін від 5 до 10 років із конфіскацією майна та з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатись певною діяльністю до 3 років.
