Депутат Наталія Кокітко обурювалася, що заплановано замало і не вистачить на ремонт дороги в одному із сіл Баранівської ОТГ. Депутат каже, що в тому селі закрили школу та садочок. Тоді місцева влада пообіцяла організувати підвіз до школи. Однак досі шкільний автобус не придбали, полагодити дорогу нізащо.
1 млрд 400 млн гривень депутати виділили з держбюджету на будівництво, ремонт та реконструкцію доріг державного значення, що пролягають через Житомирщину. Депутати запитували, чи вистачить техніки та робітників для виконання таких робіт.
Очільник області зазначив, що минулого року на ремонт доріг місцевого та державного значення виділяли 300 млн гривень. Представники обласної влади визнають, що підрядників, які готові взятись за такі роботи в області обмаль, тому залучатимуть будівельні фірми з інших регіонів. Місцеві підрядники також братимуть участь у тендері.
«Після 1 квітня ми оголосили вже тендер і на сьогодні подалося дві фірми — це облавтодор ,Житомирський УАШ для участі у тендері. Відповідно, я думаю,що облавтодор має всі шанси щоб перемогти» — сказав голова Житомирської ОДА Ігор Гундич.
