На першій сторінці інтерв’ю Мера Олевської ОТГ Олега Омельчука з пафосною назвою «Хто гальмує?». Цікава стаття, тому її прокоментуємо
На початку статті було питання, — Які здобудки свідчать про доцільність створення об’єднаних громад?
Мер підтвердив, що можливостей і фінансування у сьогоднішньої влади в ОТГ, на порядок більше ніж було раніше. Він зазначив, що гроші вони отримують напряму і самі вирішують як їх розподіляти.
Ми вважали, що далі в статті піде розмова про роботу мера, виконавчого комітету, керівником якого він є, розповість про досягнення, побудованих дорогах, інвесторів і інвестиціях, інфраструктурних проектах. Але розмова пішла чомусь про депутатів і партії які не увійшли до коаліції. Зі слів голови ОТГ саме вони «гальмують» розвіток громади.
Він забув про те що в міській раді є керована коаліція депутатів, які голосують за всі проекти рішень, які виносяться на обговорення в Раду. Так само є абсолютно керований виконавчий комітет, фінансування, можливість самим вирішувати що будувати і робити, мало того компанії підрядники теж належать меру і його наближеним.
Яким чином, депутати А.Повар, В.Халімончук і З. Фіц можуть гальмувати розвиток громади, або якимось чином впливати на мера? Що він так погано про них висловлюється.

У депутатів може бути своє бачення, і вони повинні голосувати не так як бажає влада, а по совісті і розуміючи що від їх рішення буде залежати доля лікарні. Ризику жодного не було в тому, що вони хотіли дочекатися закону про медичну реформу. Реформування другого рівня медицини, почнеться з 2020 року і поспіх був недоречним. До цього ж часу, зберегти колектив медиків, який зараз може бути підданий оптимізації.
Приміщення, лікарні і так знаходяться в Олевську і нікуди не підуть звідси. Але лікарня це в першу чергу колектив та якщо його зберегти до початку реформи, це був би великий козир для того що б в подальшому уникнути оптимізації.
Ну а в цілому, списувати на опозицію свої недоліки, це якось не солідно. Хоча розуміємо, наближається кінець року і звичайно ж треба владі починати шукати крайніх.
