На засіданні міської ради м.Олевск, розгорівся скандал через «оптимізації» (теріторіального центру Надання соціальних послуг).
Виконком Міської ради м. Олевськ, підготував проект рішення, де під виглядом «оптимізації» підсобного госодарства теріторіального центру Надання соціальних послуг, трактор та інше майно, міська рада БЕЗКОШТОВНО передає підприємству КП «Олевськ-Ресурсінвест» (КП «Олевськ-Ресурсінвест» — згідно статуту, планують використовувати і воно створено для подальшого видобутку, скупки і продажу бурштину а так само інших корисних копалин) а 3 корови планує продати.
Мер м.Олевськ, аргументував це рішення тим, що на утримання підсобного госодарства витрачається 250 000 гривен в рік, а вихід продуктів на 50 000 тис. грн.
До того ж, 70% пенсій вони перераховують в цей будинок престарілих.
Для цих бабусь і дідусів, підсобне господарство свого роду віддушина де вони із задоволенням допомагають, і у них є можливість харчуватися домашньої їжею, пити молоко і мати молочні продукти на столі.
Замість того, що б ініціювати створення комісії з депутатів, ревізію КРУ та звернутися в правоохоронні органи, для розуміння, куди йдуть кошти виділені на утримання підсобного господарства, деякі депутати, мер та підконтрольний йому виконком, вирішили відібрати трактор та іншу техніку у літніх людей.
Депутати від влади, робили заяви, що там немає директора і неможливо знайти людину на це місце.
Виникає питання, а що зробила влада за 10 місяців для того, що б знайти туди директора? Були оголошення в газетах на сайті, конкурси або яким чином вони намагалися знайти туди директора?
Міський голова заявив, краще в кілька разів дорожче купувати продукти, ніж утримувати підсобне господарство.
Там живе 50 людей похилого віку,
250 000 грн. : 365 днів = 684 грн. в день
684 грн. : 50 = 13,7 грн в день на 1 особу.
За ліквидацію підсобного госодарства теріторіального центру Надання соціальних послуг, голосовали депутати:

Рішення не пройшло, проти цього рішення голосували депутати від партій: «ГРОМАДСЬКИЙ РУХ «НАРОДНИЙ КОНТРОЛЬ», Радикальна партія Олега Ляшка, Українська Народна Партія, Наш край
За інформацією з соцмережі, відразу після сесії, на поле яке належить теріторіальному центру надання соціальних послуг з’явилися люди на тракторі, та переорали поле.
