17 жовтня 2017 р. На території що прилягає до сіл Кишин і Заборочче Олевського району, з’явився трактор JOHN DEERE та переорав землю.
Ця територія використовується місцевими жителями як пасовище для корів, так само там знаходяться паї людей, які вже були засіяні на наступний рік.
Обурені жителі сіл Кишин і Заборочче, самоорганізувалися і о 22 годині, влаштували стихійний мітинг. У жорсткій формі, зажадали припинення роботи. З боку протестуючих виступив депутат ОТГ Володимир Халімончук.
Роботи припинені, але не факт що вони не почнуть їх навесні.
Зі слів присутніх там людей:
- господар трактора заявив, що документів на землю у нього немає, але в.о. старости та керівництво громади в курсі.
- Так само зі слів людей, вони вже переорали в інших селах приблизно 200 га землі.
На місце приїхали представники ОТГ, заступник міськради О.Ніколайчук, а вночі приїхала поліція.
Люди обурені, тим що без узгодження з громадою сіл, їх землею розпорядилися люди зверху.
18 жовтня, на зустріч з людьми, в поле біля переораних рейдерами паїв, приїхали представники ГО «Стоп корупціі», Роман Бочкала та Богдан Хмельницький. Відразу на зустрічі прийняли рішення, поїхати до мера Омельчука, разом з жителями сіл Кишин і Заборочче, що б дізнатися, хто дозволив захоплювати землю жителів Олевської ОТГ.
