Ця територія використовується місцевими жителями як пасовище для корів, так само там знаходяться паї людей, які вже були засіяні на наступний рік. Раніше ми писали в статті «ЖИТЕЛІ ГРОМАД С.КИШИН ТА С.ЗАБОРОЧЧЕ, ЗУПИНИЛИ РЕЙДЕРСЬКЕ ЗАХОПЛЕННЯ ЗЕМЛІ».
18 жовтня, жителі цих сіл знову зібралися біля їхніх паїв. Так як після того як господар трактора дав слово, що трактор припинить роботу, він виїхав вночі та знову почав переорювати землю.

З’ясувалося, що ніяких документів на землю немає. А є тільки намір взяти землю та дозвіл на виготовлення документації.
Пізніше з’ясувалося, що цей же трактор зорав ділянку яка належить Кишинському Дому престарілих. Хоча в штаті цього закладу, є свій тракторист який отримує заробітну плату.
Так само з’ясувалося, що в.о. старости був в курсі, мало того сам показував трактористу де орати.
І ще залишилося питання. Кому платить цей інвестор гроші, за користування землею громади, поки немає договору на папері?
