Для реконструкції зовнішнього освітлення в місті, у фірми з якою укладається договір підряду, повинна бути «Ліцензія на електромонтажні роботи». (Це дуже відповідальна робота, яка пов’язана з підвищеною небезпекою). За інформацією отриманою в державній архітектурно-будівельній інспекції України, у ТОВ «Фалькон-Пауер» такої ліцензії немає.
Відповідно до відкритих інформаційних баз, директором і підписантом цього підприємства є ІВАНОВ АНДРІЙ ЮРІЙОВИЧ, член виконкому Олевської ОТГ та радник мера. Як член виконкому, він повинен був оголосити про конфлікт інтересів.
