30 жовтня працівники обласного управління захисту економіки, слідчі Головне управління Нацполіції Житомирщини за процесуального керівництва прокуратури Житомирської області затримали фігуранта під час одержання неправомірної вигоди. Правоохоронці вилучили предмет злочину — 10 тисяч гривень.
Кримінальне провадження відкрито за ч. 3 ст. 368 (Прийняття пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою) Кримінального кодексу України.
Посадовцю загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі від 5 до 10 років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до 3-х років, з конфіскацією майна.
