Сьогодні представники ГО «СтопКор» в черговий раз зустрілися з жінками з громади села Кишин. Їх обуренню не було меж, коли влада спочатку оголосила конкурс на вакантні посади в дитячому садочку, а потім цинічно обдурили набравши туди «своїх людей» — без конкурсу. У селах Олевської ОТГ, гостро стоїть питання працевлаштування і на конкурс подали заяви понад 100 осіб. У підсумку, люди обурені самоуправством нового директора та чиновників, прийшли до мера де їх запевнили що чесний і прозорий конкурс пройде 15 листопада 2017.
Досі влада Олевської ОТГ та новий директор дитячого садочка, тримають в секреті скільки людей планується набрати в штат.
Вчора 14 листопада, людей повідомили що конкурсу не буде і його перенесуть на 30 листопада.
У середу 15 листопада, жінки громади села Кишин, знову звернулися до представників ГО «СтопКор», надати їм юридичну підтримку у вирішенні цієї локальної проблеми, цивілізованим способом. Основною вимогою людей є, провести громадські слухання щодо дитячого садочкака, і провести прозорий конкурс на посаду директора та інші вакантні посади.
У підсумку, після зустрічі всіх людей які подали заяви стали обдзвонювати і запрошувати на відкритий конкурс, який планують провести в четвер 16.11.2017. Сподіваємося що все пройде добре.
Проблема з дитячим садочком в селі Кишин, начебто локальна, але подібні скандали пов’язані з самоуправством чиновників Олевської ОТГ, спливають кожен день.
Юристи «СтопКор» вивчають питання та готують заяви губернатору Житомирської області та в інші органи влади, що б вони втрутились в цей процес. І в громаді не було соціального вибуху
Вимога людей:
- Перед призначенням директора дитячого садочка в селі Кишин, провести консультації з громадою на громадських слуханнях, та вибрати найбільш достойного.
- Ознайомить громаду зі штатним розписом нового Дитячого садочка.
- Провести чесний і прозорий конкурс.
