16 листопада, активісти Олевського відділення ГО «СтопКор» здійснювали фото і відеозйомку, стихійної сміттєзвалища, що виросло на околиці міста. Серед гір побутового та будівельного сміття, з’явилось сміттєзвалище з грунтової складової, це сміття звозять сюди після чистки канав (ліквідація підтоплення) в місті.
Під час зйомок, під’їхала машина ЗІЛ-130 яка почала вивантажувати сміття цьому полі. На питання водієві, «яка фірма вивантажує сміття?» Він відповів, що фірма яка в Олевську чистить канави.
Активісти сфотографували номера машини, кузов був наповнений сміттям в пакетах.
Активісти відразу звернулися в поліцію і написали заяву про злочин. Відкрито кримінальну справу.
В Олевську чистить канави тільки одна компанія це КП «Олевськ-ресурсінвест». Владою громади створювалося це підприємство, для видобутку і продажу бурштину, що видно за статутом КП «Олевськ-ресурсінвест»
Не дивлячись на те, що ця компанія тільки створена, а в штаті тільки бухгалтер і директор, немає будівельних ліцензій і техніки, міська рада підписує з нею договір сума якого становить 1 309 114,99 грн. на ліквідацію підтоплення по вул.Будівельників, вул.Партизанська, пров.Партизанський, вул.Постишева, 1-й пров.Чапаєва, вул.Чапаєва, вул.Лесі Українки, вул.Гоголя, вул.О.Кошового, вул.Чернишевського, вул.Арефєва, вул.Щорса м.Олевськ (Капітальний ремонт)» складений 22 вересня 2017 року. https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2017-09-22-000123-a
