В зазначений район було підтягнуто рейдові бригади Олевського, Комсомольського та Сновидовицького лісництв.
Далі було встановлено, що на території Олевського лісництва скоєно самовільну рубку трьох дерев породи дуб. Аби затримати лісопорушників, коли ті вивозитимуть незаконно зрубану деревину, лісівники встановили загороджувальні блокпости, але зловмисників про це повідомили їх «вартові». В результаті автомобіль, який мав перевозити лісопродукцію, повернувся до м. Олевськ.
