Напередодні Нового року, 31 грудня, ввели в експлуатацію мережі вуличного освітлення в 7 населених пунктах Чоповицький ОТГ в Житомирській області. Загальна протяжність освітлення — 23 кілометри, бюджет проекту становить понад 2,3 мільйона гривень.
«Якщо в центрі громади в селищі Чоповичі система освітлення є, то в деяких селах, які приєдналися до Адмінцентру, взагалі не було вуличних ліхтарів. Сьогодні завдяки децентралізації ми охопили понад 70% всіх вулиць і провулків всіх населених пунктів ОТГ », — розповів Михайло Філоненко, голова Чоповицький ОТГ.
У ОТГ була встановлена сучасна система освітлення, яка дозволяє зменшити витрати на електричну енергію в 10 разів.
«У цьому році тільки в нашому селі Йосипівка відбулося стільки змін, що за 25 років до того стільки не відбувалося. У школі більш ніж на 1 мільйон гривень замінили вікон і дверей, 5,3 кілометра вулиць побудували систему освітлення. Ми самі цього ніколи на змогли зробити », — поділилася Галина Шоботенко, староста села Йосипівка.
У січні ще в одному селі громади повинні запустити нову мережу освітлення. В цілому протягом 2018 року, влади ОТГ планує повністю завершити модернізацію мережі освітлення.
