За попередніми підрахунками Міністерства освіти і науки України очікувана середня зарплата шкільного вчителя у січні 2018 року має скласти 7 тис 600 гривень.
Про це зазначила Міністр освіти і науки України Лілія Гриневич.
«Ми маємо не лише відкривати гарні нові будівлі шкіл, що безумовно дуже важливо, а й наповнити ці школи новим сучасним змістом освіти. Це неможливо зробити без підняття соціального статусу вчителя, тому хочу повідомити, що сьогодні на засіданні Уряду прийнято 2 постанови, що врегульовують збільшення заробітних плат для вчителів. Зокрема, ми збільшили граничний розмір надбавки для вчителів до 30%», – розповіла Лілія Гриневич.
Так, розміри максимальної надбавки педагогічним працівникам зростають від 20% до 30%. Також встановлено нижню межу такої надбавки – не менш як 5%.
Не менше 20% надбавки мають отримувати:
• учителі шкіл, в яких навчання в початкових класах здійснюється за стандартами Нової української школи;
• вчителі української мови і літератури шкіл з навчанням мовами національних меншин.
З 1 вересня 2018 року збільшення зарплати обов‘язково має бути поширено не лише на педагогів, що отримують зарплату за кошти державного бюджету, а й усіх педагогів, зокрема тих, що отримують зарплату з місцевих бюджетів – вихователі дитсадків, майстри у професійно-технічних навчальних закладах та інші.
