На сесію Міської Ради м. Олевськ яка відбудеться 8 лютого 2018 року питанням №14, винесено проект про створення Муніципальной Варти.
Проект є неочікуваним сюрпризом для жителів громади, так як не обговорювалося з громадою і депутатами міської ради. До того ж, штат міської ради і так максимально роздутий.
Раніше з ініціативою створення «Муніціпальной Варти» в Олевську до мера О.Омельчука звернувся Андрій Іванов-керівник Спілки ветеранів АТО Олевського району, помощник мэра О. Омельчука, директор ТОВ «Фалькон-Пауэр», керівник ГО «Запорізька Обласна Федерація Спортивного Покеру «ЛІДЕР»

Коротко про проект:
Створюється «Муніципальна Варта» для перевірок фізичних, юридичних осіб, підприємств і підприємців від малих які торгують на базарі до великих.
Склад планують набирати з чоловіків від 18 років із середней або вищою освітою. Набирати штат планує мер м Олевськ, особисто після співбесіди з ним.
Муніципальну Варту планують утримувати, за гроші громади.
Такий проект повинен обговорюватися з громадою,повинні обговорюватися всі їх права, обов’язки, повноваження. Начальник Варти, в будь-якому випадку повинен обиратися депутатами а не мером особисто, повинні бути консультації з депутатами і тільки після цього має ухвалюватися рішення.
