Уряд визначив фермерство як найбільш оптимальну форму розвитку сільського господарства і основний пріоритет державної підтримки, передбачивши в державному бюджеті на 2018 рік 1 млрд гривень на підтримку фермерів. Один із механізмів такої підтримки є відшкодування фермерським кооперативам 70% вартості обладнання. Про це зазначив заступник Міністра аграрної політики та продовольства України Віктор Шеремета під час круглого столу «Впровадження нових фінансових інструментів підтримки малого та середнього підприємництва на селі у 2018 році».
У зустрічі взяли участь представники Мінагрополітики, Асоціації фермерів та приватних землевласників України, керівники фермерських господарств та кооперативів.
«70% компенсацію за обладнання отримають фермери, у яких вже є або які створять кооператив. У цьому році ми зосередимося на двох напрямах кооперативів – молочному та плодово-ягідному. Ці напрями передбачають найбільший ефект зі збільшення продукції з доданою вартістю, створення робочих місць для селян та розвитку місцевої інфраструктури», — відмітив Віктор Шеремета.
Так, ягідничим кооперативам компенсація буде надаватися за обладнання для зберігання і по шоковій заморозці. Молочним кооперативам – за доїльне обладнання і обладнання для охолодження молока.
Також, в рамках держпідтримки для фермерів передбачаються додаткові преференції при купівлі техніки. Крім стандартних 25% компенсації за програмою здешевлення сільськогосподарської техніки, фермери додатково отримають 15% компенсації – загалом 40%.
Окрім того, для фермерів пропонується здешевлення кредитних коштів до європейського рівня – 1-2%. Ще один напрям підтримки – повернення 80% вартості за купівлю насіння української селекції. Також для фермерів буде здешевлена вартість дорадчих послуг.
Програма з розвитку фермерських господарств та кооперації – це нова програма з обсягом фінансування в 1 млрд грн. Її наповнення відбувалось у тісній співпраці з представниками фермерів, з урахуванням їх головних побажань. Одним із прогнозованих результатів дії програми має стати збільшення частки фермерських господарств у виробництві валової продукції аграрної галузі з 6 до 10%.
