Йдеться про те, що троє жителів с. Радовель Олевського району вчинили на території ДП «Білокоровицьке ЛГ» Олевського району незаконні порубки лісу породи дуб на суму 96 тис грн.
Зловмисників викрито завдяки спільним діям слідчого управління Головного управління Нацполіції та Управління захисту економіки в області Департаменту захисту економіки.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування, яке проводить ГУНП в області.
Прокуратура області здійснює процесуальне керівництво.
Також вирішується питання про обрання запобіжних заходів підозрюваним.
Довідково: санкція зазначеної статті передбачає покарання — обмеження волі на строк від двох до п’яти років або позбавлення волі на той самий строк.
