1 березня з представником ГО «СтопКор» зв’язалися жителі села Радовель, які обурені тим що по домівках людей похилого віку вже кілька днів ходять невідомі люди. Як з’ясувалося, це представники Київської фірми, які пропонували взяти у людей в оренду паї.
Ці люди з’явилися до селі 3 дні тому, і звернулися до сільради з пропозицією взяти у людей землю до оренду. На що отримали відповідь; на сході села було прийнято рішення створити кооператив і об’єднавши зусилля на своїх ділянках і порожніх землях громади займатися сільським господарством. Представникам київської фірми сказали, що такі рішення по заходженню бізнесу на територію громади приймається на сході села. Наступний схід села буде у кінці березня, і вони можуть виступити там зі своєю пропозицією. На що ті відповіли, мовляв чекати вони не будуть і самі підуть домовлятися з людьми по дворах. Підкреслюючи, що їм все одно думка громади, так як у них є великий покровитель у Олевську.
Люди були налаштовані агресивно до цих непроханих гостей з їх ходінням по домівках людей похилого віку. Сусіди розуміють, що літніх людей легко обдурити, багато хто погано бачить і їм складно відрізнити чесну людину від шахрая.
Мешканці громади подзвонили у поліцію і правоохоронні органи вирішили цей конфлікт.
За словами жителів Радовля, наряд поліції приїхав швидко і оперативно. Поліцейські взяли у «непроханих гостей» свідчення і перевірили документи.
Як з’ясувалося це представники ТОВ «ЄВРО АГРО ІНВЕСТ» зарегистрованной в м.Київ, ВУЛИЦЯ ЗВІРИНЕЦЬКА, будинок 63. Дата реєстрації юр. особи 14.09.2017 у податковій інспекції 01.11.2017 і статутним фондом 1 грн. Основним видом діяльності вказано КВЕД 68.31 Деятельность агентств по операциям с недвижимым имуществом (основной)
