Однією з основних «фішок» політичних опонентів колишнього мера, є звинувачення в завищених цінах на воду.
Так як зараз Анатолій Повар є директором ОЛЕВСЬКОГО ОРЕНДНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТЕПЛОВИХ МЕРЕЖ.
Ми вирішили взяти інформацію в бухгалтерії цього підприємства, та провести свою аналітичну експертизу.
Сьогодні в Олевську вартість:
водопосточання 35,10 грн. куб
водовідведення 16,80 грн. куб
У Тепломережі, на даний момент 760 абонентів. Якщо порівнювати з будинками, то стільки ж абонентів в п’яти 9 поверхових будинках. Більшість абонентів живуть в приватних будинках, і зробили собі свердловини або колодязі, тому міську воду споживають тільки в посушливі періоди року.
За 2016 рік всі надходження Тепломережі становили 2 094 800 грн. З яких 766 600 грн. це податки які були перераховані в бюджет. Разом залишається 1328,2 тис. грн.
Надходження за водопосточання 421,9 тис. Грн.
Надходження за водовідведення 405,5 тис. Грн.
Крім послуг водопосточання та водовідведення, Тепломережа надає додаткові послуги а саме; утримання житлових будинків та тепло в зимовий період. Якщо решту суми розділити на 12 місяців, то залишиться 110 683 грн. в місяць.
З цієї суми треба сплатити заробітню плату колективу, який максимально оптимізований. Це 35 осіб; машиністи котельні, водії, слюсарі, машиністи водопроводу, слюсарі аварійних робіт, бухгалтера, електрогазозварник, слюсар електрик, токар, сторожа, машиніст екскаваторник, водій асенізаційного засобу.
Так само треба купувати бензин, дизпаливо та мастильні матеріали, електроенергію, хімічні препарати для станції очистки води. Необхідно ремонтувати техніку яка не оновлювалася з 1991 року.
До того ж деякі абоненти ігнорують оплату, в тому числі компанія ПП Будпослугі №2, які заборгували 40 927 грн. Для Тепломережі це величезні гроші і вони через суд вимагають оплати послуг за 3 роки. 27 вересня 2017 р. було перше слухання.
Де зараз вони беруть воду, це загадка. Але готель і кафе «холодні ноги» без води не можуть працювати. За неперевіреною інформацією Будпослугі №2 врізались до водопровідної мережі лікарні. Але за водовідведення хоча б платити треба, так як стоки «холодних ніг» та готелю «12 місяців» потрапляють в міську каналізацію. І ці витрати лягають на звичайних споживачів.
Зменшити тарифи можна шляхом збільшення кількості абонентів, але це повинна бути окрема програма з проведення водогону, на вулиці де немає міської води. Сьогоднішня влада поки таку програму не розпочинала проводити і по крайній мірі проектів таких не озвучують.
Багато хто пам’ятає, що до 2007 року вода в Олевську була червоного кольору. Тому минулого меру довелося в Києві вибивати гроші і ставити в Олевську сучасну станцію яка очищає воду від заліза, сьогодні в кранах олевчан тече найчистіша вода в Житомирській області.
Часто деякі УРА-патріоти згадують вартість води в Ізраїлі, і чому вона становить десь 50 гривень за куб води. Знаємо, що і зараз згадають цю «фішку», з розрахунком на неосвіченість людей. Тому відповім відразу тут:
Вся вода в Ізраїлі і заводи з очищення морської води належать державі, навіть ті у кого вода зі свердловини, платять за воду за тарифом.
Тарифи держава Ізраїль встановлює такі, що б у громадян був стимул економити воду.
